在家待着吧，地震了 4/20/2008 Operation: One ChinaLet’s face it the Tibet fiasco is not about human rights, or freedom, or religion, it’s just an excuse for the western media and its government express their long held hatred, fear and jealousy against the oldest continuous civilisation in the world. The whites don’t care about Tibet, the whites has never cared about anyone other then themselves! The only people who has been there for Tibet and cared for the Tibetans for the past 60 years are the Chinese government and the 56 ethnic groups of people that make up China!
Less than 6 decades ago, China emerged from a century of colonialist oppression and humiliation at the hands of the very same colonialists that are currently behind the anti-China campaign of disinformation. Unfortunately for the white governments and their propagandists, the mass media distortion of the truth that was intended to divide the people within China has in fact galvanised the greatest empire of the world and driven her citizens worldwide to unite in an unprecedented action of patriotism not shown since the end of the Sino-Japanese war in 1945. The plan to weaken China has completely backfired on the anti-China campaigners.
Nevertheless, uncanny was the timing by the whites for its sudden out pouring of emotion and this new find compassion and conscience for Tibet. The truth is the initial simultaneous uprising in Lhasa, India and Nepal on March 14 was a pre-planned and well orchestrated riot by the white western governments and with the support from the Dalai Lama directing the actions of internal terrorists. As the so-called Tibet government in exile, the Dalai Lama has managed to grasp media attention worldwide to his “crusade” to free Tibet.
However Tibet has been a part of China since ancient times. Historical records have shown that Tibet had been under the central government of China for more than 700 years. Up until the time of the Second World War, Tibet was always considered as a part of China as they were trying to curb the encroachments of the British Empire on their territory. In the British-Indo invasion in 1903, the British killed a few thousand unprepared Tibetan soldiers and civilians. The biggest massacre took place on March 31, 1904 at a mountain pass halfway to Gyantse near a village called Guru. Colonel Younghusband tricked the 2,000 Tibetan soldiers guarding the pass into extinguishing the burning ropes of their basic rifles before firing at them with the Maxim machine guns and rifles (how many pro-Tibet ignoramuses knew that?).
After WWII, US decided to use Tibet’s religious enclave in its fight against Communism. What most do not know is the Dalai Lama's sinister historical links to the CIA. Tibet’s current “independence” fanatics and rabble rousers maintain close ties with the CIA’s National Endowment for Democracy (NED). It goes beyond any concept of non-violent protest as these individuals have engaged in acts of vandalism and looting, behaving like hooligans and criminals with rampant property destruction, hardly the actions of non-violent protest.
The American Society for a Free Asia, a CIA front, gave unlimited publicity to the cause of Tibetan criminals. The CIA has provided the Tibetan exile movement with $1.7 million a year for its operations against China which includes an annual subsidy of $180,000 for the Dalai Lama.
In the book, “Buddha's Warriors” by Mikel Dunham, is the story of CIA-backed Tibetan Freedom Fighters. It explains how the CIA took hundreds of Tibetans to the US for combat training and provided them with modern arms. Here is something else the whites don’t know about Tibet and Dalai. Till 1959, and in 1956, Dalai Lama was the vice-president of the Chinese National Assembly. And this seems not bother him at all. However he began to change his mind when the CCP, in 1956 decided to abolish the serfdom. How many whites knew that untill 1959 Tibet was still under serfdom and slavery? It had a population of one million but only 2% of the population can go to school. In this system only the nobles and the monks got right to own land. The common people were often tortured, murdered and had nothing at all! Whites say that Tibet is a country, hey wait, there are no countries in the world that ever recognizes Tibet as a country. They are not even eligible to be in the Commission on Decolonization of the U.N. So stop the bullshit about free Tibet!
Since 314 all you hear are the whites talk about the repressions of the protesters in Tibet, but the whites didn’t even say a word about the Hans killed by Tibetans during the riot! The Tibet riot was about anti-Chinese slaughter against the Chinese merchants. That is the fact! It started with the attacks to the Chinese merchants by the Tibetans. So pay attention to whose doing the killing!
Since the riot the international community has being barraged with a deliberate and sustained campaign of disinformation about what is going on with Tibet. Once again Washington is providing financial, political, diplomatic and propaganda support to a blatantly racist demonization effort, ostensibly due to “concerns” for “human rights." We’ve already seen the ridiculous and absurd lies about weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, now we have the poor downtrodden, innocent and abused “freedom fighters" in Tibet.
The events that unfolded at the lighting of the Olympic flame March 24 in Greece were most revealing. Three protesters were arrested, but then summarily released. None were Tibetan. They were all French. It turns out all are from a notorious right-wing organization funded by the governments of France and the United States. They were all employees of Reporters Without Borders.
Meanwhile in China a media charade occurred when some of those “peaceful” monks in Tibet managed to get themselves arrested for the benefit of a visiting media team. China allowed a group of about two dozen reporters into Lhasa for a three-day escorted visit. The monks in a carefully choreographed action pushed in front of journalists on cue and recited a list of carefully prepared “grievances” and thereby sidetracked and disrupted the event. Naturally the group of monks ended up by being surrounded by security guards and other officials who tried to quiet the disturbance. Lights, camera, action!
We the Chinese people, the descendants of the dragon, the children of Yan Huang have a long memory and a keen sense of honor and this shall not be forgotten or forgiven anytime soon.

Wednesday 4/7/07 Pan-fried Ocean Trout with Creamed Lentils This dish can be made even more simple by having a tin of cooked lentils in the cupboard, which is nothing to be askamed of; sometimes speed is of the essence for a weekday dinners.

Saturday 7/7/07 Sticky Date Pudding Made this with 小宝宝豆 for a lazy Saturday afternoon tea. With a touch of Avenue Joffre we were able to turn an old English classic to a modern day Australian masterpiece! lol
Seared Salmon with Cucumber and Mint Salsa I used both red wine vinegar and balsamic vinegar to made the salsa, they work very well together and add complexity to the taste.

Tuesday 26/6/07 Roasted Beetroot Salad with Blue Cheese Slow-roasted beetroot is incredibly sweet and worth the effect. Try placing some thin slices of raw beetroot that have been marinated in red wine vinegar and extra virgin olive oil on the bottom of the salad - the contrast between the two textures is wonderful. Pork bellies are fantastic! The good thing about it is if you give it a really good fry first, that will render out a lot of the fat, so i guess in a way its a little healthy... who am i kidding? it just tastes good!

曾经辉煌,鼎盛一时的上海: 四九年前的上海是什么样，有据可查，有史可证。是仅次于东京的亚洲大都市。如果你需要更感性的说法，我可以告诉你，当时，好莱坞的大片，在美上市后三天之 内就会出现在上海的各大影院，此其一。其二，改革开放到今天，你能学到和看到的几乎所有现代营销和广告手法在四九年前的上海都可以找到。尤为让我感佩的 是，翻看当时民族企业的广告创意，你会发现，其实我们中国人对市场经济一点也不陌生，而且早在六十年前，就已经在激烈竞争中取得了很大的成功。

八戒也算是如今的影视热门人物，春光灿烂都拍到三了~~但要说贴近原著自然还算这版。马德华是很敬业的，为了那身行头，当年他拍摄此剧时断了三根肋骨。所以后来看到他在影视方面再无建树，只能带着那套行头疲于在那些小小的地方走穴，心中总是一酸。那个好吃懒做快乐逍遥的八戒，也许只能活在神话里。
在最新的《小鱼儿与花无缺》里演一号反角江别鹤的他，最近因为被张谢殴打事件上镜率很高。却很少有人知道，近20年前这个英俊潇洒虏获不少少女观众芳心的小白龙也是由他饰演。呜呼， 此一时彼一时也师徒4人？不对！是五个！小时候我最想看到的白龙马，竟然是前不久被打事件的主角——王伯昭！！！

If you think there has ever been a better centre forward in the game, not only in history but also in the future of the game, THINK AGAIN! You may respond with great players of the past like Lineker, Wright, Greaves, Cantona, Batistuta, or maybe in the present with the likes of Van Nistelrooy, Henry, Ronaldo, etc etc etc etc etc. Who scores approximately 30 goals per season playing with clubs that don't exactly have the greatest players in the world? Who else goes on for 17 years scoring ridiculous amount of goals in arguably the best league in the world?
Who can smash a football into the top corner of the net at impeccable speed on a regular basis? Who else has ever had a complete skill set what is needed to be the perfect striker which includes pace (which has admittedly gone now he's 38 and suffered horrific injuries through his career), unbelievable strength, flawless heading, unique passion, lovely control, 2 feet, incredible leadership and vision, fantastic heading, and a right foot that has injected a disturbing amount of fear and respect throughout the world? Who else has played at the top level and been impossible to stop almost every game he plays at not only the highest level of club football, but also at international level as well?
Who can hold up the ball with such amazing strength and keep defenders off the ball as if it was a 5 year old trying to out strength a magnificent athlete in his prime? Let me tell you the answer, it's pretty easy to think about if you think about it and be honest with yourself no matter who you support and how much you dislike him! The answer, well.......he's a man who wears the number 9 shirt for Newcastle united, he's the man that has scored more goals than anybody else by a ridiculous amount, he's the man who is the only star world class striker who has maintained loyalty and integrity to what he believes is right, he's the man that has maintained the most prolific goal scoring record despite not having the luxury of world class players supplying him, he's shear class, shear quality, shear brilliance, shearer!
Non Newcastle fans slate him and slate him almost every game and you know why? Well the only way you will not know this means you don’t know nothing about football. Batistuta, VanNistelrooy, Raul, Owen, Vieiri, Henry.........the list goes on and on many of these magnificent strikers are actually better footballers than Alan Shearer. However, as a centre forward that is perfect and faultless, this man has all the assets required that have never been and never will be bettered by anybody. He's ability to finish a ball and shooting accuracy is impeccable and when he goes one on one with a goalkeeper, bookies wouldn't take any bets that he wouldn't take his chances. Sorry if you don't like this, you can only admire this incredible striker or sulk and be hostile. If you are hostile or upset by this post, it's most probably because he has smashed the ball so hard in the net of your team, you are simply sick of seeing it.
Maybe you won't like the fact that he has out strengthen, out scored, and indeed outclassed any striker that has ever graced the English premiership pound for pound. Cantona, Wright, Owen, Henry, VanNistelrooy and any other world class striker has generally played for the top clubs and they have had the pleasure of receiving service from the likes of Beckham, Vieira, Pires, Giggs, Lampard, Gerrard.........the list goes on and on. Shearer has relied on much less quality and STILL made everyones goalscoring record look pathetic. If you do not know enough to know my facts are true, enjoy the strikers that play for your club as I do.
However, if you think they are going to score over 30 goals every season for 14 years then think again! By the way, this is coming from a West Ham and indeed we have suffered his special, incredible, amazing, unique ability that breaks all our hearts when we see the net rattle and the goalkeeper of our club made to look like a person with phisical disability. Just thought would post this as it's almost the end of his career, everyone should acknowledge what this guy has done. Not only has he been the premierships best player pound for pound since it started, he had captained our country superbly. We will be very lucky to get a centre forward half as good as Alan Shearer, the man is simply a legend.
